Ok... I've let this slide all summer, i did work out a couple times a week, but looks like my eat habits really derailed any progress the exercise had...
I've had enough with the weight gain, i feel embarrassed when i go out to eat with friends. i feel like my friends tease the guys about their potbellies and are polite to me because i'm a girl.
I really looked into joining weight watchers again, but the meetings are convenient - time-wise and location. The time i like is far away the location i like have super early or late meetings.
So I am back to trying this on my own - well i do have your online support.
i think i need a reward system...
5lbs - piece of clothing 10lbs - piece of clothing 10% (~18.4) - bracelet 20 lbs - piece of clothing 30 lbs - piece of clothing 40 lbs - goal? - ring
i also want to focus on healthy habits, so i guess i need to do something small for tracking 7 days straight, going to the gym 5 times a week, but i don't know what to do for those rewards
