Jett's Journal, 22 September 2008

I did almost 5 days of low carb and lost some weight. I actually feel better. This was a good jump start. Tomorrow I think I'll do mostly veggies and fruits to cleanse my system.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
