It is November 25 and I weighed in this am at 207.6!! I really need to focus on doing one day at a time and writing down what I eat. Today I had 2 pieces of cinnamon toast with a little butter and green tea. Lunch was half a sandwich of procsutto and provolone. I had some vitamin water and a small orange and a small apple. I piece of perreca pizza. Now I am hungry. Time to go make a healthy choice meal!!! I need to drink more water too.
