well i really fucked up.. strict diet and bust ass at the gym.. no more slacking period. when weather warms up on weeks dylan is with randy start walking at night fast, 2-3 times per week then work up to running again. when i have dylan go once that week see if mom will come over.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
