Thanks Chestnut means a lot. Takes a lot of discipline wich actually comes pretty easy this time around. Tired of being tired 

Poohle I bet you have lots of energy and are very disciplined. I think your children think you are a wonderful mother and where pleased to see over Christmas.  

Energy is getting better that's for sure. I can actually go on a walk now without having to catch my breath or sitting down 5 minutes into the walk.  

Poohle the more I hear the more impressed I have become and you give me the incentive for my fight.
