Just finished Christmas.
Had one whole day completely off training was nice.
Family time and chill ❤️😌👌
Back into work tomorrow.
Recorded workout for the day as well exercise.
Time to get back in track.
155.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
