I have been exercising and eating good and can't lose a single pound. It is getting frustrated, i think I lose more when I was not paying as much attention to things. Ok, here goes to another week.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Are you doing the flex plan or core? Have you tried filling in the diet/exercise diary, as I've found that useful to give a rough idea of calories eaten and calories burned. I've only really ever done the flex plan... but try to keep a lot of my foods from the core list. I know doing the flex plan though that I found eating the same number of flex points everyday my losses began to stall... the way I got them moving again was to zig-zag my points, varying them every day so that my body had to keep guessing how much food I was going to give it. Giving the body a high calorie/point day seems to speed up metabolism, so although it may seem to be against out principles of keeping on track... for most people it seems to wowrk at keeping those scales moving. If you're doing the flex plan, I wondered if you eat your optional flex points? I found I had to eat them to lose, especially when exercising. So this is perhaps something you could try if you haven't already. I've posted some info in the "Weight Watchers Losing It" group including a link to an activity points calculator which you might find useful in calculating your activity points. Above all though, keep on trucking, as just tweaking things a little you can get those scales moving again! ;o)

PS - You saying "I think I lose more when I was not paying as much attention to things." ... that's interesting, as that could mean that you could be eating more then (or less) so maybe your body needs some extra calories? Perhaps try look at this and work out how many points/calories you were eating during these weeks losing more and also the "quality" of food... as it might help you evaluate what you need to do to keep those scales moving. Good luck! :o)
