Day 2:
Tough to keep carbs down. Everything else is under daily intake. Gotta figure out how to cut the carbs.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you feel like crud not eating carbs, then don't force it. Some do good on low carb, others dont. Listen to your body.

hey thanks for the support. I don't feel like crud, just frustrated cause everything else is falling into line. i'll get it after a while, just gonna take some discipline. thanks for the kind words though.
