This was a good challenge. Although I failed some of the mini challenges, it made me aware of how much fibre I need to include in my daily diet.
168.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 December 2019:
1345 kcal Fat: 36.83g | Prot: 62.00g | Carb: 78.57g.   Breakfast: Smoked Salmon, Egg Omelette, Toasted White Bread, Blueberries, Kellogg's Special K, Tea with Milk. Lunch: Ham Sandwich with Spread. Dinner: Coleslaw, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), SunPork Pork Mignon. Snacks/Other: Metamucil Daily Fibre Supplement. more...

Thanks, @cml2000. Most people don't get enough Fiber. When I started FS, I was only getting 4-8 grams a day! Someone else on the site made me aware of it, and I'm thankful. I'm looking forward to getting back on track with all the mini challenges in Daily Accountability 2020-#1 !
