We were slammed at work today I did good even though I had two no shows... that irritates me soooo much be considerate and call and let us know you're not coming so we can fill the spot with another dog!
260.5 lb Lost so far: 56.5 lb.    Still to go: 60.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
