Good Morning!

I am down a bit this morning. Yeah!! I've gotten a bad habit of weighing more often now...

I am going to try to get my exercise in this AM after some coffee. I'm finding it a bit hard to wake up this morning. I will be working on my broken china birdhouses again today. I waited until the last minute last month and I won't do that again.

I think I am destined to do laundry all day today. I have a bit of catching up to do. I really thought I would have all this extra time when my daughter started school. I don't see it!

Yay for the loss! I know how hard it is to stay away from the scale. But if we can learn to take the daily fluctuations with a grain of salt and not let them upset us, I don't see the harm. I just try to stay away when I feel myself getting emotional about the gains to help keep me from spiralling out of control! I remember the pictures you posted of your birdhouses before - BEAUTIFUL! It's wonderful to have a creative outlet and you've definitely got a talent there : ) There never are enough hours in the day no matter how we slice it. Just remember to take some time for yourself each day. Even if it's only 10 minutes!

Sounds like you have a very busy day today! Congrats on the loss, and I agree with Ev - nothing wrong with peeking at the scale unless it starts to upset you. And yours never seems to disappoint!
