OooF! Traveling took its toll on my diet. Although at times I ate very well on my plan, there was a lot of eating out and bad timing. I try to eat every 2 hours, that was very hard to follow. I am also remodeling my kitchen so I am eating out every nite. I didn't journal my food entries and I didn't follow the plan. It really makes a big difference to chart and journal! Getting back on track today! Not beating myself up, stuff happens and you get up, dust off and move on. Going to weigh in one week from today and am working towards taking off those 2 pounds. Good goal! :)
191.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
