I think that eating all my big meals in the morning/afternoon (mostly the afternoon) and eating something light for my dinner is doing WONDERS for me! It just makes so much sense! Why eat something heavy at night?! I don't need it! I'm gonna go to sleep so I don't really need any fuel to burn at night! Gah why didn't I do this before... Now I know. The only thing is, Friday is my 1st year anniversary with my BF, and we're going to go out for dinner! SO I'll have to eat light for breakfast, and something light dor lunch so I can indulge a little for dinner :D. I don't wanna know what the scale looks like the next day, but such is life. I'm so excited!
254.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations on finding something that works for you :) And don't worry about the anniversary dinner, you're allowed to splurge every now and then, and this is a perfect time! That's not to say you shouldn't try to eat less than say you might have before, or eat healthier, but enjoy the night out/off! Congrats on all your success so far and good luck on your future success!

My motto has been ... Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince & supper like a college kid with a maxed-out credit card! LOL! You are doing the right thing! And don't worry about your anniversary! You deserve to splurge! You can still be wise with your choices & enjoy the dinner celebration! ;) You may want to increase your water that day & the days following to flush it all out! Enjoy your anniversary! =D

What the others said is true. Also it prolly won't hurt to 'trick ' your metabloism by reversingit ONE day :)

Thank you tidlenee, alideni and simavision! Water really does help with flushing things from the body... so does eating fiber. I had a giant burrito for lunch yesterday, and I was full for the rest of the night, till i got home from work (around 10:15pm) then i just had a PBnJ sandwhich (on wheat bread!) and some ice cold soymilk... It was sooo yummy! I was satisfied with that. I didn't need anything heavy. I'm probably going to have that burrito again today haha, for once campus food is tastey and wont make me sick!
