finally going down. I pray to God that I can keep on even during this festive season.
260.1 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1091 kcal Fat: 66.45g | Prot: 42.88g | Carb: 86.52g.   Breakfast: Forever Aloe Vera Gel, Red Bull Sugar Free, Frozen Berries, Cucumber (with Peel) . Lunch: Knorr Cup-A-Soup Spicy Tomato Lite. Dinner: Nola Mayonnaise, KOO Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce, Cooked Carrots (Fat Added in Cooking), Mashed Cauliflower, Woolworths Crumbed Chicken Breast Fillets. Snacks/Other: Canderel Milk & Nut Chocolate, Chicken Feet, Cucumber (with Peel) . more...

Maphelo ... this festive season is a potential period of failure for all of us! one must just remember: 1. It does not happen by itself 2. It requires effort 3. Everything has a price 4. my price I have to pay is sacrifice 5. Remember your eating rules 6. Focus 7. Stick to it!

Well done! Trick is to be consistent. You may cheat at Christmas lunch but if you stick to your diet before and after that day, you should be fine. Problem is the unnecessary snacking during the festive period. Avoid and win
