"Poorly" for the aftermath of Sunday's birthday dinner!
299.7 lb Lost so far: 52.9 lb.    Still to go: 164.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

No big deal just a few lbs that will be off in no time. No one who has lost over 50 lbs needs to get too worked up over 2 lbs. AMIRITE?!?!?! Dont forget how awesome you are! 52 lbs down and still kicking butt!

Loved your attitude since the beginning. We need to be serious but not beat ourselves up...Like Grandpa said, Ease Up, we ain't getting out of this alive. Just try a bit harder LOL Have a blessed weekend.
