I DID IT! I ate completely according to plan. Only 1139 calories! And I wasn't miserable either. It would have been 939 calories if I hadn't gotten up to go to the bathroom so many times after drinking water so late. On the 4th trip, I finally caved and grabbed a granola bar on my way back to bed. I think that constitutes sleep-eating. :) My willpower is getting stronger each day that I continue. I'm so thankful for this website for giving me a vehicle to track and record everything. Now I look forward to posting updates and that keeps me motivated to stay the course.

I actually ate 1369 calories, just remembered the watermelon I ate with dinner. I'm still happy as this is way below my 1600 limit.

Indeed! You ddi excellently!! You probably don't want to dip below 1200 too often anyway. You don't want your body to go "self, I am starving, must store this fat soo I can LIVE!" I am very conscious of the fact that I don't want to kick into starvation mode, that's when your body starts storing food calories as energy for living later especially in the form of fat around your middle
