No drop or gain. Only worked out 3 days last week and only one cardio day. I've got to get back running or my next 1/2 marathon in 6 weeks will kill me.

Waist at narrowest: 33
Waist at navel: 34
Hips: 40.5
Chest: 38
Forearm: 9.5
Upper Arm: 11.5
Thigh: 21
149.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
