After taking my icky measurements yesterday, I sort of freaked out. I need to take this way more seriously or I will end up being at risk for some major health issues down the line. I entered in my "new weight" and today is a brand new day. I. Am. Motivated.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
