I've been exercising pretty consistenetly since January, minus two weeks where I was really sick. I've been keeping track of my measurements since I started, so I'm going to put them here too for reference!

Start 1.21.11:
Chest:45 inches
Waist: 39.5 inches
Hips: 46 inches
Thighs: 28 inches
Arms: 12.75 inches
Total: 171.25 inches (gross!!)

3.7.11
Chest: 41.75 inches
Waist: 33.75 inches
Hips: 42.25 inches
Thighs: 27 inches
Arms: 13 inches
Total: 157.75 inches

I'm pretty pleased with the results so far! I just need to stick to this routine!!

Great job! I started exercising around the same time. I wish I would have measured myself AND taken a before picture. I lost 20 pounds before I took my "before" picture just for the simple fact that I was scared of what I looked like! Now I wish I had that reference just so I could see how far I've come. Great job and keep it up!!

That's awesome! I think it's way more satisfying to see the measuring tape numbers go down rather than the scale. I dont know why... maybe its just me haha :) But keep up the great work! You are doing wonderfully!
