Much better blood sugars. Way over on fat intake, but protein and carbs low and calories in line. Doing well with exercise, but know won't get to it today after a 2.5 hr. commute and a 10 hr. work day.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
