When I stop having "tastes" of other's desserts, it's amazing how my blood sugar improves. Will strategize today on maintaining good habits while I work this week!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
