weight went down even after having 3rd Thanksgiving last night! yipee! been doing some stress snacking lately. lost two friends last week to cancer. 1 beautiful new mom who just turned 31 leaving behind her beautiful 2 year old daughter and then my 37 year old friend who grew up with my brothers and whom I always got to hang out with as the lil bro tag a long. start my new job on tuesday and then was stressing over electrical and plumbing issues at the house which I've straightened out. just been one of those weeks.
oh and forgot to move the elf yesterday AM. let's count together how many times I forget this season :-)
