Losing200in20mnths's Journal, 31 August 2010

Had to weigh in 1 day early bc of tonsil surgery tomorrow. Surprised I actually lost a pound! I ate crazily 4 out of 6 days...smh. Guess not as bad as I thought though. Yay me. More loss this week due to not being able to eat solids. Looking forward to that, if anything. Keep me in your thoughts, I'm a sucker when it comes to pain!
331.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 191.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
