getting back on it this week !! have been really naughty and not been doing that well :( i have been walking a lot but not been eating very well so here is to a new week !
168.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i will do thank you :) i know where i am going wrong though my portion sizes are far to big so i have bought smaller plates ! ha ha just hope it wrks x
