wow eto lowest weight so far in years, probably since 2008. kogda ya pohudela v edmontone. pravda segodnya vzvesilas posle gyma i sna meanwhile pila tolko kofe, v lyubom sluchae ne ostanavlivaus, prodolzhau v tom zhe duhe, poka edu k natashe kushat tortik)
177.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
