very good considering I ate at La Palapa yesterday & had a few chips /o:
118.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1925 kcal Fat: 141.13g | Prot: 66.55g | Carb: 102.17g.   Breakfast: half & half darigold, Napa Recipe Italian Chicken Sausage. Lunch: walnuts, Celery, Egg, Canola Mayonnaise, Half & Half, 100% Pure Pumpkin. Dinner: Salsa, Finely Shredded Italian Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Eggplant. Snacks/Other: Walnuts, Sugar Free Toffee Squares, Endulge Nutty Fudge Brownie Bar, SUGAR FREE SALT WATER TAFFY, mini babybel light, Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. more...
