Same weight. Not as fat around the mid section though; noticeable. Calorie set backs have not help. Eating out is a pit fall. The whole day has to be rearranged if I eat out. Green Bean Crispers @ Applebees are 920 calories! wft!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
