After two days of being very hungry and ignoring my diet I weighed one lb and 5 oz less. I've had this happen before. i get ravenous and end up weighing less the next time I weigh in. My body needs the cals and it shocks my body.

Lost so far: 3.0 lb.
Still to go: 7.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
