We went to the Chinese buffet last night. I ate too much. I then spent 2 1/2 hours shopping with Arielle. I lost half a pound. Go figure.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
