I started back today to get back on track I'm over this plateau!! Up at 5:15 AM so I had time to hit the eliptical and going to add in weight training on the odd days to help build muscle to burn more calories.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
