I think I actually overate yesterday by about 50 calories (I forgot to include my morning banana in my tracking) but other than that I did well this week.

But on the up side, this is the first week I'm clocking in under 200 lbs!! 198.76!! Only 21 pounds left until I reach my primary goal of getting into a healthy BMI range!!
198.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
