its getting a little tough now i went from the very high health risk to the moderate that is very important to me i set my goal for 205 and I am around 212 give or take after this week same time next week well see how it goes feeling great jogging getting the old runners wind back! 7 pounds like the will smith movie! ha ha ha!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
