Happy Birthday to Me! Wanted to be at 175 but still excited about 9lb loss in 5 weeks. Can a 46yo menopausal woman reach her goal of 150 by Christmas??!! How about 160!!??
176.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
