Day 1 of no cars until spring break promise to Mike. I've held steady at 170 since the PT test and I'm ready to break thru! Took 2 hydroxycuts...I will do this twice a day for a week with no carbs, am 5 minute abs and evening treadmill work and measure progress...my goal for the last visit was 168, but I didn't reach it...the goal for the next visit is still 166...I have to work extra hard, but I am committed to my promise to Mike and living like no one else so I can live like no one else! I have 12 days to lose 4 pounds and I an ready! I'm packing my lunch and dinner since it's pizza night at financial peace, I will accomplish my goals!
