Ok. I started a mixed version of Weight Watchers on Monday, 11/4. Toggling between WW freestyle, smart points, and iTrack Bites.
It’s day 5 and I’m not as hungry as before. I guess I’ve lost 2 pounds, maybe more. So far so good.
Exercising most weekday mornings too. Drinking g more water.
216.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
