This week was so hard for my birthday food food food and Halloween candies left over gained 1/2 lb. back on track.
327.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 128.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Happy Birthday! I had the same problem with the Halloween treats. Yes, let's continue on. 8 weeks left in the challenge. December will be challenging (for me).
