My official weight this morning is 124.7kg.

This is probably the heaviest that I have been in the last 3 years! I was totally offplan these last few months.

Getting back on track today.

274.9 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
