I have been off work this week so my eating pattern has been all over the place and I dont think I have been eating enough. I hope to see a reduction in my weight next week though ;-(
193.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
