I'd love to say that this has been easy, but it hasn't. I'd love to say that I have never given in to cravings, but I have. What I can say is that I have LESS cravings and that I feel better and that I have made so many better choices over the past 6 and a half weeks. Planning ahead has made is easier though and I continue to do that. Logging my food is the most important thing that helps me personally. It gives me a gauge and helps keep me in line. I also need to thank my partner in crime, Brigette, for making this journey with me yet again! We will do better keeping to it this time, too!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
