Not unexpected, and some probably due to salt as well. Swimming and walking today. Big plans for weekend, so should be temporary. Water, water, water! Might also do a couple days of non-poultry for my main protein. Salmon, tuna, beef, etc.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
