Got on the scale after a workout and it actually was at 177:) I think that was a little off due to water weight loss to the workout so I am going add 2 more. Getting so close to target weight is great. 175 will be the lowest I go ... i think:)
179.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you. How nice of you to take off 2 lbs - I would leave it and then check back tomorrow. Maybe you just lost a lot this time. It's not that hard, especially since you are doing so well. keep up the good work. You are inspiring to those of us who thinks there is no way we can lose that much
