ok, so i've been doig ok with my weight loss but i am now at the same weight for over a month. i lose, gain, lose and end up at the same 152 - any ideas, i've changed my workout and eating habits, now what, what is the alternative or where can i go from here?

I need help
is your treadmill at home? if so maybe we can exercise at the same time and then send a msg to each other to make sure when can still move or even in between breaks. i've been doing wii fit for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on how i feel or my mood. let me know what you think, i think that would be fun and there are no excuses.

Diet Soda
you should try the giving up soda challenge - if you have a hard time not having one, you definitely need to give it up. Soda is nothing but empty calories and sugar.

what to eat at a block party
So I made it thru the big bash. I had grilled chicken, string beans, beans (but I saw bacon so started picking out the beans -eat most of the though), not tempted by chips, or any of the other junk. did have 2 cookies for dessert. shouldn't of, but i wanted to do it and figured since i didn't blow it like i thought i did, i could manage to work them off somehow tomorrow. Thanks for the advice. I did go around scooping everything out before making any choices. thanks.
