This seems to be a stubborn bump. I swam last night, made sure to move around. Need to look at my calorie calendar to see what I'm going as a trend. Jeans still fit, the telling items still fit, but I don't want to creep back up.

I guess it's time to buy a new scale that measures the body fat better because I'm getting a little paranoid. If I wear tight clothes, I want it to be by choice, not scale creep.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
