I have realized there are just certain foods I can’t eat. Not necessarily because they are bad for me, it’s because I eat too much of them in one sitting. For me they are nuts, peanut butter especially, pork rinds, and protein bars. I have decided to stick to fish, chicken, lots of veggies, and my occasional Atkins protein shake after workouts. Once a week I may treat myself to eating out, but if done too often I just give in to temptation. The sprit is willing but the flesh is weak. 😬 I’m shooting to be down to 300 by the end of the year. There, I put it out there.
