I have realized there are just certain foods I can’t eat. Not necessarily because they are bad for me, it’s because I eat too much of them in one sitting. For me they are nuts, peanut butter especially, pork rinds, and protein bars. I have decided to stick to fish, chicken, lots of veggies, and my occasional Atkins protein shake after workouts. Once a week I may treat myself to eating out, but if done too often I just give in to temptation. The sprit is willing but the flesh is weak. 😬 I’m shooting to be down to 300 by the end of the year. There, I put it out there.
327.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Food triggers are horrid. They're like the potato chip commercial, You just can't eat one. You've got the 300 by the end of the year. You can do it.

Mine is sourdough toast.

Chicken/Cranberry/Almond salad - did me in one night. Ate the entire pint.
