Hanging in there. Had a great visit with my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. Eating plans were a bit disregarded. I'm sleeping better, and that's a huge improvement.
125.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
