Isn't it great to see that orange bar! I glanced at your food diary, are you logging everything you eat? I average 1500-1600 calories per day and that's working very well for me. Keep up the good work! 🌈🌈🌈

Thanks Meonadiet.This is the first time I counted carbs. It is really the easiest and most success I have ever had.

I count carbs. If I keep my carbs under 75 I do not have to count calories.
