I just kinda quit tracking for a few days. Business travel throws off the routine and makes diet choices, as well as exercise, more difficult to stay with. I'm back on it now. Luckily, I did not gain weight, but did not lose it at the pace that I had been losing. 204 is the goal by the end of the month... I'm going to really have to push to hit it.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
