Due to the blizzard I have been unable to get to the gym and i did use it as excuse to eat brownies. Twice. lol But hopefully I'll be back on track tomorrow and anyway I love the new protein smoothies that I came up with-they don't hurt my tummy like the last ones and the fill me up and Keep me full for a long time. Plus I can make chocolate ones that are amazing! Even though work was cancelled today, I'm still thinking that I'll drive to gym, check out the roads, take my class. Tomorrow's personal training will have to be cancelled cause my next paycheck may be very scary due to being closed for 3 days. so better plan ahead but i can still workout!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
