The monthly alarm for body measurements went off. Figure I can make it a body weight day as well.

The cake trouble did damage. Thankfully a strong defence has been build up, and it is no longer a problem. I also believe experimenting with carbs after exercise did no good. Fat burning is glycogen sparing, so my need for this is very low.

Extremely wet weather allowed for very few bicycle rides, which may have lead to reduced calf measurements.

Well, accept and repair over the next thirty days. There will be no more carb experimentation this time.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 104.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

104 lb down is a lot of work and persistence. Can't see anything from your food exercise calendar. If the carbs are taking things back up, then your activity is down. Can't experiment with carbs if you don't plan on burning them ;)

rgaDawg Seeing cake every time I open the fridge was a challenge, especially combined with lousy weather. That problem is now fixed by building resistance. Repair ahead. I'm practicing body signal monitoring instead of numbers. See this as an important part of long term maintenance.
