Finally! The scale is at least moving in the right direction now.

My back/shoulders are so sore today from EA Active so I'm hoping that the other pound or so I'm still up from last week's low is due to that.
252.9 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 87.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
